Our mission is to discover and place high performing candidates with experience in manufacturing operations and R&D. We are an employer-fee-paid contingency service and we select and

candidates with industry experience who are instantly available to
you. Corporate recruiters will be in the position of supplying hiring
managers with resumes of vetted, pre-closed candidates faster than
they can review them. And if the Talent Bank does not contain the
ideal candidate we will go out and get them for you!
Accuracy: We are thoroughly
grounded in pharmaceutical production operations. We know equipment,
processes, dosage forms, typical organizational charts and job descriptions.

Experience: Trained by and in continuous
employment with us, the tenure of our Senior Recruiting Staff
is 10 to 22 years. We are a college educated, professional full time
recruiting team. We minutely support your recruiting efforts from

7. Deliverables:
1. Local and nationwide discovery, vetting and referral
of candidates.
2. Informed matching of candidates with job requirements.
3. Referral of candidates to employers.
4. Arranging of interviews and on-going general placement support.
5. Management of compensation negotiations and closing activities.
6. Reference Checks: Upon special request by employer, reference checks
and academic verification can be performed prior to extending
or after
acceptances of an offer of employment.
8. Fees:
Fees are charged for the discovery, vetting and referral of candidates
and the subsequent hire by employer of such candidates.
9. Non-solicitation Covenant:
We do not solicit employees of our active clients and we never re-solicit
employees from the
employer with whom we placed them.
