          6. Reference Checks: Upon request by employer, reference checks and

              academic verification can be performed prior to extending or after 

              acceptances of an offer of employment.

** The search period is influenced by the availability of hiring managers to conduct interviews

9. Fees:

 

Fees are charged to employers for the discovery, vetting and referral of

candidates by PROTECHPHARMA ® and the subsequent hire by employer of such candidates. Fees are earned upon acceptance by the candidate of an offer of employment. Invoices are submitted on the Start Date and are payable upon receipt.

 

10. Non-solicitation:

 

PROTECHPHARMA ® does not recruit employees of employer-

clients while we  are mutually engaged in an ongoing business/search

relationship.

 

Stating the obvious, we do not at any time, now or in the future, solicit

Candidates placed by us with your firm while they are still in your

employment.
